Intellectual Property Virtual Legal Clinic

Join CLIMB and the North Carolina Bar Foundation's Entrepreneur's Assistance Program for an Intellectual Property Ask-A-Lawyer Clinic, part of the Entrepreneurs Assistance Program (EAP), is designed to provide valuable guidance to budding entrepreneurs like you. This clinic is held in partnership with CLIMB.

The Entrepreneurs Assistance Program is a free legal clinic in which volunteer attorneys provide pro bono business law advice and counsel to small business owners and entrepreneurs through webinars and clinics held in partnership with non-profit organizations throughout the state that advise small business owners free of charge.

This clinic will be conducted virtually. Virtual "ask-a-lawyer" clinics pair individual entrepreneurs and small business owners with business lawyers for 45-minute sessions where the volunteer attorney will provide legal information and resources. This clinic’s interest/topic is on Intellectual Property to include patents, trademarks, and copyright. By completing this registration, you are committing to one virtual appointment the morning of August 12, 2025.

VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT: a 10 am or 11 am virtual/Zoom meeting on August 12, 2025, with a volunteer attorney to discuss your legal needs. A Zoom meeting link will be emailed to you prior to the clinic; you must be able to access a Zoom meeting via a computer or mobile phone in order to participate in the clinic.
